Hieronymus is an instrumental project I put together inspired by and sampling the music used in the show Bosch. While watching the show, I couldn't help but notice the jazz theme throughout it and all the choices they made for background music. Some of the greatest jazz and blues artists such as Frank Morgan, Albert King, Mildred Anderson, Ray Barretto, Sonny Rollins, Art Pepper, Jack McDuff, Miles Davis, Coleman Hawkins, Sonny Criss, Charlie Haden, Eric Closs, John Coltrane, Ron Carter, Billy Holiday and many others. I felt motivated to try and make a collection of beats that carried the feel of the show but through my own interpretation. This is the result.
